We are currently seeking a motivated Controlling Trainee to join our Finance team. This is an excellent opportunity if you are looking to gain hands-on experience in financial planning, reporting, and business performance analysis within a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be expected to:
- Support the preparation and update of financial and management control reports.
- Assist in monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyzing variances against budget and forecast.
- Participate in monthly closing activities by collecting, validating, and consolidating financial data.
- Contribute to the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and ad hoc analyses for different business areas.
- Maintain and update databases, reports, and tracking tools, ensuring data quality and consistency.
- Collaborate with Finance and cross-functional teams to resolve issues, gather relevant information, and support continuous improvement initiatives in reporting and controlling processes.

Skills required
For this role we require:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong interest in Controlling, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), and business performance management.
- Good analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proactive mindset, willingness to learn, and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
