Your Mission:
We are looking to strengthen our Project Management team with a Project Manager who will lead and coordinate transversal projects across multiple business areas, ensuring strong alignment between global and local stakeholders.
Reporting directly to the Head of Project Management and working within a lean and highly collaborative team, you will play a key role in driving product-related and industrial projects end-to-end. This position requires someone hands-on, solutions-oriented, and comfortable operating in fast-paced environments with high visibility and exposure to senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be expected to:
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects related to product launches, reformulations, industrial operations, supply chain, and manufacturing processes
- Manage projects end-to-end, ensuring timelines, priorities, risks, and deliverables are aligned across departments
- Collaborate closely with international teams to support the implementation and adaptation of global processes at local level
- Act as a key point of contact between departments, fostering collaboration, resolving conflicts, and driving alignment among stakeholders
- Ensure efficient communication and follow-up with senior leadership and cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle
- Identify issues proactively and drive fast, practical, and effective solutions in dynamic environments
- Support industrial and operational projects linked to manufacturing sites, supply planning, sourcing, and process optimization
- Manage a high volume of simultaneous projects while maintaining strong organization and execution standards

Skills required
- 3+ years of experience in Project Management, Operations, Supply Chain, Industrial Processes, or related areas
- Previous experience within manufacturing companies, CMOs, Consumer Healthcare, Pharma, Dermocosmetics, Food, or FMCG environments
- Strong understanding of industrial operations, product lifecycle, and cross-functional project execution
- Engineering or technical background is highly valued
- Experience working closely with Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or Product teams
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
- Proactive, resilient, committed, and highly action-oriented mindset
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Experience with project management tools such as Asana, MS Project, Jira, or similar platforms
- Fluency in English and Spanish is required; French is considered a strong plus
