About Us
With over 185 years of history, we are a leading health and wellness company. Our portfolio includes iconic brands such as Aquilea, Fisiocrem, Laborest, Sidroga, Biodramina, Aerored, Fave de Fuca, Halibut, Ems, and Depuralina, with a strong presence across major European markets.
We believe in the power of nature, enhanced by science, as the best way to improve human health and wellbeing sustainably. Our goal is to create a positive impact on both people's lives and the planet. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Data Analyst to join our team.
Your Mission
We are currently looking to strengthen our Data team by appointing a Data Analyst who will play a key role in designing and delivering scalable, high-quality reporting solutions across the organization. As part of the Data Department, you will work cross-functionally with business stakeholders and Data Engineering, acting as a trusted partner between data and decision-making. You will lead end-to-end analytics projects, drive best practices, and contribute to the continuous evolution of our data platform while mentoring more junior team members.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be expected to:
- Lead end-to-end reporting projects autonomously, from requirements gathering and data modeling to development, validation, and deployment in Power BI
- Design and maintain optimized semantic data models (e.g., star schema, reusable DAX measures) to support multiple business use cases
- Act as an analytical business partner, proactively identifying insights, KPIs, and opportunities beyond initial stakeholder requests
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and performance of dashboards, troubleshooting and optimizing complex models when needed
- Collaborate closely with Data Engineering teams to define and improve data models and architectures aligned with reporting needs
- Drive reporting automation, documentation standards, and support/mentor business users and junior analysts in dashboard usage and best practices

- Strong SQL skills (complex queries with multiple joins, CTEs, window functions, subqueries, and advanced aggregations), combined with solid knowledge of dimensional data modeling (star schema, SCDs, granularity)
