Your Mission
We are currently looking to strengthen our Data team by appointing a Junior Data Analyst who will support the development of reporting and data visualization solutions across key areas of the business. As part of the Data Department, you will work closely with senior data profiles and business stakeholders, acting as a bridge between data and decision-making. You will contribute to transforming data into clear, reliable, and actionable insights, supporting a data-driven culture in an international and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be expected to:
- Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI for different business areas (e.g., sales, operations, finance)
- Gather and understand reporting requirements from business users, translating needs into clear and insightful visualizations
- Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and improvement opportunities
- Ensure data quality and consistency across reports by identifying and addressing discrepancies
- Collaborate with Data Engineering teams to support the development of optimized data models for reporting
- Support the automation of recurring reports and assist users in understanding and using dashboards effectively

Habilidades necesarias
You'll excel if you have...
- 1–2 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or similar roles (relevant internships are also considered).
- Solid hands-on experience with Power BI (dashboard creation, data modeling basics, DAX, Power Query), along with strong SQL skills for data extraction and transformation, and advanced Excel capabilities
- Good understanding of data modeling concepts (e.g., star schema, table relationships) and experience working with structured data sources
- Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data and reporting outputs
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating business needs into actionable insights
- Proactive, organized, and eager to learn, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- Familiarity with additional BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Qlik), cloud environments (Azure, Microsoft Fabric, Databricks), or business systems such as SAP, Salesforce, or Odoo will be considered a plus
