About the Role

We are looking for motivated and analytical to join our Operations team as trainees across different areas: Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Project Management, and Procurement.

This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and international environment, working on real business challenges and collaborating with cross-functional teams.


Key Responsibilities

Depending on your assigned area, you will:

  • Support data analysis and reporting to drive decision-making.
  • Collaborate with different teams such as Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance.
  • Assist in planning, forecasting, or operational processes.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Help optimize processes, tools, and workflows.

Skills required:

Requirements: You'll excel in this role if you have...

  • Currently studying Industrial Engineering or a related field.
  • Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Are comfortable working with Excel (knowledge of Power BI or similar tools is a plus).
  • Show curiosity, proactivity, and willingness to learn.
  • Have good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Are fluent in Spanish and have a good level of English.
