Job Title: Junior Legal Counsel

Reports to: Manager

Location: Sant Cugat del Vallès

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary:

We are currently looking to strengthen our Legal team with a Junior Legal Counsel to support key business areas, particularly e-commerce and international pharmaceutical distribution. As part of the Legal Department, you will work closely with business stakeholders and act as a trusted partner, providing reliable and solution-oriented legal support.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Advising the e-commerce business on day-to-day legal matters (including corporate, commercial, consumer, data protection and digital-related issues).
  • End‑to‑end contract management process, including the coordination of signature workflows in accordance with corporate governance policies, the organization and archiving of legal documentation, and assistance with the drafting and review of contracts.
  • Providing legal support to the Rest of the World (RoW) business, particularly in relation to international pharmaceutical distribution agreements.
  • Collaborating with internal teams (Compliance, Data Protection, Corporate) as needed.

Skills required

For this role we require:

  • Law degree (or equivalent) with 1-3 years of professional experience, ideally gained in an in-house legal department or a law firm.
  • Excellent communication and drafting skills in English and Spanish. Additional European languages - especially German, Italian, or French - are a strong plus.
  • A proactive and agile mindset, with the ability to act as a business partner and drive matters forward efficiently.
  • Strong commercial awareness and a business-oriented approach to legal advice.    
  • A team player who enjoys working in a collaborative, international environment.
