URIACH Social Media & Influencer Marketing specialist with Italian Send

We are currently looking for a Social Media & Influencer Marketing Specialist to support our social media team (including the Italian market) in developing and executing social media strategies, community management, and influencer marketing collaborations for our brands, with the goal of engaging and growing our target audience across all current and future social media channels in Italy.

What would you do on a daily basis?

Strategy development

• Develop and implement social media and influencer marketing strategies that align with the brand's goals.
• Set measurable objectives for social media and influencer campaigns.
• Stay up to date with the latest social media and influencer marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
• Plan, execute, and manage social media and influencer marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement and conversions.
• Track, analyse, and report on key performance indicators.

Content creation

• Create high-quality, engaging and optimized content for various social media platforms and blog.
• Develop a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely delivery of content and execute it.
• Prepare briefings and copies for shootings.
• Help with the content needed for other marketing channels as newsletters, paid campaigns or website promotions and landing pages.

Community management

• Manage the community by answering comments and direct messages.
• Handle mentions and develop a strategy to be active in the platforms and connected to our followers and collaborators.

Influencer marketing

• Identify and build relationships with key influencers and brand ambassadors relevant to the brand's target audience.
• Develop an UGC strategy to improve engagement through more credible and organic content.

What makes you special for this role?

• University degree in Digital Marketing, Communication, Advertising, or related field.
• Certifications in social media management and data analysis.
• Advanced knowledge of social media management tools and performance metrics, such as Hootsuite, Storrito, Influencity, among others.
• Strong knowledge of the Italian market regarding Social Media trends, top influencers and agencies.
• You are a native Italian speaker with fluent English, and any additional language such as Spanish is a plus

We specially value:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience managing social media accounts for brands or companies.
• Experience in creating and executing content strategies that drive engagement and community growth.
• Proven ability to increase brand visibility and user engagement through organic campaigns.
• Good skills in negotiation with influencers.
