With a view to strengthening the Sales and Medical area, we are offering an opportunity to join us as an Area Sales Manager.
The assigned territory includes Central and South Romania.
The successful candidate will support Medical and Sales Representatives, reporting directly to the Country Lead.
The brands that will be manage are Fisiocrem and Aquilea.
Get ready to:
· Plan the area strategy in collaboration with the Country Lead;
· Develop the assigned territory and coordinate activities in order to achieve budget objectives, ensuring compliance with company policies and culture while monitoring area KPIs;
· Manage, develop, support, and coordinate the area Medical and Sales Representatives;
· Recruit, onboard, and coach new Medical and Sales Representatives, creating tailored development plans;
· Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring the execution of effective action plans aimed at business expansion, and proactively managing local events with a strategic vision

Skills required
For this role, we require the following skills and qualifications:
· At least 10 years of previous experience in a similar role within healthcare companies.
· Experience in the commercial and promotional areas.
· Analytical and quantitative mindset with a data-driven approach.
· Bachelor's or master's degree in scientific or economic disciplines.
· Strong organizational and interpersonal skills;
