Your Mission:
The Operational Controller is responsible for monitoring financial performance, supporting operational decision-making, and ensuring cost efficiency across business operations. This role acts as a bridge between finance and operations, providing insights that drive profitability and process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be expected to:
- Assist in the planning and execution of online marketing strategies, including email marketing campaigns, social media advertising, and Google AdWords.
- Collaborate in the creation of content for the website and social media channels.
- Analyze campaign results and make recommendations to improve performance.
- Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities.
- Participate in defining processes and support materials for digital activities
You'll excel if you have...
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Buisness Administration, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Solid Excel or spreadsheet skills for data analysis.
- Fluent level of German and English.
- A proactive mindset, willingness to learn, and the ability to work in a fast‑paced, international environment.
