Job Summary:
We are looking for an Administration, Finance & Business Controller to strengthen and support the company's growth. The role combines administration, financial planning, operational controlling, and accounting / invoicing supervision, providing management with reliable financial information and business insights to support strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:

- Participate in the preparation of the annual Budget, Forecasts, and Strategic Plan, coordinating with different business areas to gather inputs and consolidate the company's financial outlook.
- Monitor business performance against Budget and Forecasts, identifying variances and providing analysis and recommendations to management.
- Develop and maintain operational, financial reports and dashboards, supporting management in tracking KPIs, profitability, and overall business performance.
- Manage the monthly and annual financial closing processes, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely reporting of financial data.
- Prepare periodic financial and management reports, including variance analysis, cost control insights, and performance indicators to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal financial procedures, maintaining proper financial records and controls.
- Act as a key point of contact for vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders regarding financial, administrative, and reporting matters.
- Contribute to the improvement and automation of financial and operational reporting processes, enhancing data accuracy, transparency, and efficiency.
Skills required
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Economics. Master's degree in these fields will be a plus.
- 5–7 years of experience in finance, controlling, accounting, or financial analysis
- Previous experience in a dynamic or growing company environment is highly valued
- Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
