Job Title: Sell Out Consultant
Reports to: Sell Out Coordinator
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Summary:
To increase the chemist's Sell Out figures by activating point of sale, training the team, building customer loyalty by adding value during visits.
Key Responsibilities:
Activation of the following levers in assigned clients in accordance with SALES MODEL guidelines:
- CATEGORY MANAGEMENT: Responsible for category management projects for clients, advising on the Natural Care category, and carrying out its implementation taking into account our market position vs. that of competitors
- VISIBILITY: To ensure the highest possible exposure of our products and to position the brand image of our brands/categories at the point of sale. To implement the visibility elements of each campaign in order to gain brand awareness.
- TRAINING: Technical/sales training in products from our vademecum, recommendations and cross-selling, aimed at chemists and chemist/pharmacy technicians/assistants.
- STOCK: To ensure customers manage an optimally defined assortment which achieves best results at the point of sale and an improved brand presence at the shop; to place replacement orders when stock shortages are detected
- PROMOTIONS: To ensure that promotions are presented to end consumers and activated by prescribers.
