Key Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic advisor to business leaders on people-related topics, organizational design, and change management.
- Implement and localize global HR policies and processes in line with Romanian legislation and business context.
- Lead and support talent management initiatives, including workforce planning, performance management, succession planning, and employee development.
- Partner with managers on employee relations, conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and employee engagement.
- Ensure compliance with Romanian labor law, collective labor agreements, and EU employment regulations.
- Analyze HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism, engagement, performance) and recommend data-driven action plans.
- Collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, and Payroll teams.
- Support and promote Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) initiatives and organizational culture.
- Lead or support organizational change initiatives, restructuring, mergers, or business growth.
- Participate in internal and external HR-related audits.
Requirements
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist role within a corporate environment.
- Proven experience working with senior leaders and multicultural teams.
- Strong knowledge of Romanian labor law and European employment frameworks.
Languages
- Romanian: Native or fluent.
- English: Advanced (mandatory).
- Additional European languages: a plus.
