Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic advisor to business leaders on people-related topics, organizational design, and change management.
  • Implement and localize global HR policies and processes in line with Romanian legislation and business context.
  • Lead and support talent management initiatives, including workforce planning, performance management, succession planning, and employee development.
  • Partner with managers on employee relations, conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and employee engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with Romanian labor law, collective labor agreements, and EU employment regulations.
  • Analyze HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism, engagement, performance) and recommend data-driven action plans.
  • Collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, and Payroll teams.
  • Support and promote Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) initiatives and organizational culture.
  • Lead or support organizational change initiatives, restructuring, mergers, or business growth.
  • Participate in internal and external HR-related audits.

Requirements

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist role within a corporate environment.
  • Proven experience working with senior leaders and multicultural teams.
  • Strong knowledge of Romanian labor law and European employment frameworks.

Languages

  • Romanian: Native or fluent.
  • English: Advanced (mandatory).
  • Additional European languages: a plus.
