Job Title: Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our in-house technology team. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining Salesforce solutions that directly support our commercial, marketing, supply chain and customer experience operations. You will work closely with internal stakeholdersunlike in consulting environments to build scalable, long-term solutions aligned with our strategic business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, customise, and enhance Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Salesforce APIs.
- Collaborate directly with business teams to gather requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions.
- Participate in the full development lifecycle including design, testing, implementation, and documentation.
- Ensure system scalability, data integrity and performance across all Salesforce environments.
- Maintain and optimise integrations between Salesforce and internal or third-party systems.
- Support release management and deployment processes using CI/CD tools and best practices.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency and user experience through Salesforce capabilities.
- Ensure adherence to security, data protection, and regulatory standards, especially within the healthcare environment.

Skills required
- 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development, with strong command of Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components and Visualforce.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with other systems (REST/SOAP APIs).
- Ability to understand business needs and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Strong communication skills, collaborative mindset and autonomy in managing deliverables.
- Interest in the Natural Consumer Healthcare environment and digital consumer-centric solutions
