Job Title: Export Manager (French and English Native)
Reports to: Regional Export Manager
Location: Sant Cugat del Vallés
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Summary:
As a Business Development Manager, your mission is to drive sales growth and brand expansion in assigned international markets. Manage relationships with distributors and customers, execute strategic export plans, and ensure operational compliance with international regulations. Collaborate closely with internal teams to align export activities with company objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Execution: Implement strategies to meet targets in assigned regions.
• Partner Management: Build strong relationships with partners aligned with company goals.
• Market Development: Identify new opportunities and analyse trends for strategy feedback.
• Compliance & Logistics: Manage logistics and ensure compliance with trade regulations.
• Performance Monitoring: Track sales performance and provide updates and recommendations.
• Collaboration: Work with internal stakeholders (marketing, innovation, supply, legal, finance, ...) for seamless operations.
• Representation: Attend trade fairs to promote products and establish contacts.
Requirements:
• Education: Degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or health & science-related field.
• Experience: Previous experience in business development and account management, preferably in the food supplements sector.
• Skills: strong communication and negotiation skills, advanced English proficiency, ability to work independently while reporting effectively to management, and willingness to travel internationally up to 60% of the time.
