Job Title: Demand Planner

Reports to: Demand Planning Director

Location: Sant Cugat del Vallès

Contract Type: Full-time

Position Summary:

Your mission is to create and maintain an updated demand plan that accurately reflects market reality (maximize forecast accuracy) to ensure alignment with the business plan.

Main Responsabilities:

• Review historical sales trends, identify demand drivers, prepare forecasts, develop statistical models, and evaluate results.
• Lead monthly forecast and consensus review meetings to align the Sales, Marketing, Trade, and Operations departments.
• Participate in S&OP meetings, leading the Demand Planning component.
• Execute and oversee demand planning processes according to sales forecasts and inventory levels.
• Coordinate product launches within the Supply Chain area.
• Develop, monitor, and analyze KPIs.
• Manage projects and drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain excellent coordination with Supply Planning to ensure that business information is accurately communicated to the operational plan.

Requirements:

Education / Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.

Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in demand planning activities within an S&OP environment, preferably in the Natural Health Care, Pharmaceutical, Food, or FMCG sectors.
