Be prepared to:


  • Define the Finished Goods Supply Plan aligned with the Rolling Forecast.
  • Ensure product availability through:
    • Coordination with the Demand Planning and Project Management teams to guarantee supply for demand and support new product launches.
    • Follow-up on purchase orders with CMOs.
    • Define and implement the Finished Goods Inventory Policy.
    • Prevent any supply risks and take action to mitigate them, collaborating with the commercial team.
    • Contribute to executive S&OP meetings by preparing the necessary reports or analyses.
    • Calculate, analyze, and report KPIs (stock levels, obsolescence, etc.).
    • Contribute to product cost objectives by optimizing supply lot sizes.
    • Promote the simplification of the product portfolio.
    • Maintain and ensure the quality of master data in the ERP system.
    • Lead and contribute to cross-functional continuous improvement projects.

Habilidades necesarias

For this role we require:

 

  • Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
  • Knowledge of the food, consumer goods, pharmaceutical, or cosmetics sectors.
  • High level of English
  • Any other European Language (Italian, German and/or French) is a must
  • High level of SAP
